I'm the founder of The Conscious Sanctuary, a transformative space dedicated to holistic healing and personal growth. Specializing in a unique blend of modalities and methodologies, including Somatic Stress Release, Somatic Inner Child Healing, Parts Work, Conscious Parenting, Reparenting, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Trauma Conscious and Narcissistic Abuse Informed methods.
I help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and upgrade their reality by rewiring their nervous system and breaking patterns. My trauma-centered approach The Somatic Consciousness Upgrade empowers clients to shift deeply ingrained thoughts, beliefs, and nervous system patterns, while guiding them towards inner wisdom, intuition, and a life led by their true selves, rather than their wounded selves.
Somatic healing helps individuals heal from physical and emotional trauma through body-based practices. Somatic healing is a holistic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body.
The goal is to release stored emotions and tension in the body to promote healing and well-being. Somatic healing allows us to connect with our inner world, intuition, authentic self and our inner parent. Learning to connect to our somatic experiences allows us to become more conscious of what is happening in our body.
Conscious Parenting is about become aware, mindful of our parenting methods. The goal is to become more connected to our kids and ourselves, viewing each as complete and whole. Coming from abundance and love rather than fear and lack.
CP focuses on healing the wounds of the parent's inner child, breaking unhealthy cycles, so we do not continue to pass down generational trauma, limiting beliefs and suffering. I am a Conscious Parenting Coach from Dr. Shefali's Conscious Coaching Institute.
Inner Child Healing allows to connect to younger versions of ourselves and become aware of what hurts and traumas we have stored unconsciously or consciously. How we behave, interact with others and view the world is a result of our childhood experiences and upbringing. The process involves healing limiting beliefs, attachment wounds, grief and sadness.
Reparenting is the act of giving yourself what you did not receive or lacked in childhood. Reparenting allows you to embody your compassionate inner parent and eventually this loving voice will replace the voice of your inner critic.
